ARTICLE 102: HOUSEHOLD GOODS OF JOURNALISTS

People who carry out journalism activities for the press, radio or television, that import household goods under the terms of article 61, section VII of the Law (LA: Art. 61), in addition to the merchandise indicated in Article 100 of this Regulation (RLA: Art. 100), may include the merchandise necessary to perform said activity. When the merchandise imported under this article require temporary exportation to be returned in the same state or for repair, promotion and physical presentation of the merchandise must be made to the appropriate customs. When returning said merchandise, the document proving the import and export of the same must be presented to the Customs Authority.
