RULE 7.5.4: RENEWAL OF THE REGISTRY OF THE DISPATCH OF MERCHANDISE OF COMPANIES

For the purposes of the provisions of article 100 (LA: Art. 100) of the Law, the General Administration of Foreign Trade Audit (Administración General de Auditoría de Comercio Exterior) may renew the authorization in the Registry of the Dispatch of Merchandise of Companies, referred to in rule 7.5.1. (RGCE 2020: Regla 7.5.1), provided that it is presented through the Digital Window the format "Single notice of renewal in the registry of the dispatch of merchandise" of Annex 1 (RGCE 2020: Anexo 1), , within the 30 days prior to the expiration of the term of validity stating, under protest of telling the truth, that the circumstances for which the authorization was granted have not changed and that they continue to comply with the requirements inherent to them.

The authorization will be considered renewed on the business day following the date of the acknowledgment of receipt of the notice referred to in the preceding paragraph, issuing the corresponding acknowledgment.

The General Administration of Foreign Trade Audit (Administración General de Auditoría de Comercio Exterior) will require at any time, in accordance with rule 7.5.3. (RGCE 2020: Regla 7.5.3), when after the renewal request it detects that the company has stopped complying with the necessary requirements to obtain its certification or renewal.

The General Administration of Foreign Trade Audit (Administración General de Auditoría de Comercio Exterior) will proceed to the suspension contemplated in rule 7.5.5. (RGCE 2020: Regla 7.5.5), in the event that the companies do not correct or disprove the inconsistencies that motivated the requirement.
