ARTICLE  11:  CALCULATION  OF  CONTRIBUTIONS  FOR  FISCAL  YEARS  AND  PER  MONTH

 

When  the  tax  laws  establish  that  contributions  will  be  calculated  for  fiscal  years,  they  will  coincide  with  the  calendar  year.  When  the  legal  entities  begin  their  activities  after  January  1st,  in  that  year  the  fiscal  year  will  be  irregular,  the  day  on  which  activities  commence  must  begin  and  end  on  December  31  of  the  year  in  question.

In  the  cases  in  which  a  company  enters  into  settlement,  by  merged  or  spin-off,  whenever  the  parent  company  disappears,  the  fiscal  year  will  end  early  on  the  date  it  enters  into  settlement,  if  merged  or  spin-off,  respectively.  In  the  first  case,  it  will  be  considered  that  there  will  be  an  exercise  for  all  the  time  the  company  is  in  settlement.

When  the  tax  laws  establish  that  the  contributions  are  calculated  per  month,  it  will  be  understood  that  it  corresponds  to  the  calendar  month.
