    • ARTICLE 43: CONTENT OF THE VISIT ORDER

     

    In the visit order, in addition to the requirements referred to in article 38 of this Code (CFF: Art. 38), it should indicate:

  • The place or places where the visit should take place. The increase in places to visit must be notified to the visitor.

    •  

  • The name of the person or people who must make the visit which may be replaced, increased or reduced in number, at any time by the competent authority. The replacement or increase of the people who must make the visit will be notified to the visitor.

    •  

    The people designated to carry out the visit may do so jointly or separately.

     

  • In the case of home visits referred to in article 44 of this Code (CFF: Art. 44), the visit orders must contain the name of the visitor printed except in the case of verification orders in foreign trade matters and the name of the visitor is ignored. In these cases, the data that allow their identification, which may be obtained, at the time of the home visit, by the personnel acting on the visit in question must be indicated.
