ARTICLE 115: CASE IN WHICH THE CONTAINERS OR PACKAGES FORM A WHOLE WITH THE MERCHANDISE

For the purposes of the provisions of article 65, section I, subsection b) of the Law (LA: Art. 65), it will be considered that the containers or packages form a whole with the merchandise, when they are imported and classified together, those are the type normally sold with them and are not susceptible to use on two or more occasions.
