ARTICLE 116: INSURANCE CONCEPT FEE TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN INCREMENTAL

For the purposes of article 65, section I, subsection d) of Law (LA: Art. 65), the insurance charge that is contracted on a percentage of the price of the merchandise, regardless of the time the premium is paid, will be considered as an incremental. (RGCE 2022: Regla 1.5.2)
