ARTICLE 86 D: FINE APPLICABLE TO ARTICLE 86-C

To those who commit the infraction related to the non-enablement of the tax mailbox, the non-registration or the non-update of the means of contact in accordance with the provisions of article 86-C (CFF: Art. 86C), a fine of $3,080.00 to $9,250.00 will be imposed.
