ARTICLE 91 B: FINE APPLICABLE TO ARTICLE 91-A

To the public accountant who commits the infractions referred to in article 91-A of this Code (CFF: Art. 91A), shall apply the suspension of the registration referred to in article 52, section I of this Code (CFF: Art. 52) for a period of three years.
