ARTICLE 120: REPRODUCTION RIGHTS ARE NOT ADDED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR MERCHANDISE

For the purposes of the provisions of article 65, section lll of the Law (LA: Art. 65), the reproduction rights of the merchandise in national territory shall not be added to the price paid for the imported merchandise.
