    • ARTICLE 84 B: FINE APPLICABLE TO ARTICLE 84-A

    Whoever commits the infractions related to financial institutions or cooperative savings and loan societies referred to in article 84-A of this Code (CFF: Art. 84A), the following fines will be imposed:

  • From $330.00 to $15,140.00, that included in section I.

    •  

  • For 20% of the value of the check to that established in section II.

    •  

  • From $30.00 to $80.00 for each data not established or incorrectly established, as indicated in section III.

    •  

  • From $502,680.00 to $1,005,350.00, for that established in section IV.

    •  

  • From $6,600.00 to $98,840.00, for that established in section V.

    •  

  • From $25,120.00 to $75,390.00, for that established in section VI.

    •  

  • From $90.00 to $180.00, for each account statement not issued in terms of article 32-B of this Code (CFF: Art. 32B), and from $353,850.00 to $707,700.00, for not providing the information, to those indicated in section VII.

    •  

  • From $310,760.00 to $345,300.00, for that established in sections VIII, IX and X.

    •  

  • From $310,760.00 to $345,300.00, for that established in section XI.

    •  

  • From $61,400.00 to $73,680.00, for that established in section XIV.

    •  

  • From $276,340.00 to $614,070.00, for that established in section XII.

    •  

  • From $5,710.00 to $85,540.00, for that established in section XIII.
