ARTICLE 84 E: INFRACTIONS RELATED TO FACTORING COMPANIES

It is considered an infraction in which financial factoring companies and multi-purpose financial companies may incur in relation to the obligations referred to in the first and second paragraphs of article 32-C of this Code (CFF: Art. 32C), when failure to notify the transfer of credits operated under a financial factoring contract, or the refusal to receive said notification.
