    • ARTICLE 113: CRIMES RELATED TO CONTROL DEVICES, OFFICIAL STAMPS OR MARKS, LABELS OR SEALS AND TAX RECEIPTS; APPLICABLE PENALTY

    A sanction of three months to six years of imprisonment will be imposed, to which:

  • Alter or destroy control devices, official stamps or marks placed for tax purposes or prevent the purpose for which they were placed.

  • Alter or destroy cash register machines in the collection offices, or anyone in possession of labels or seals without having legally acquired or disposed of them, without being authorized to do so.
