ARTICLE 114: PENALTY APPLICABLE TO PUBLIC SERVANTS WHO ORDER OR PRACTICE HOME VISITS OR EMBARGOES WITHOUT WRITTEN ORDER

A sanction of one to six years imprisonment will be imposed on public servants who order or carry out home visits or embargoes without a written order from the competent tax authority. The same penalties will be imposed on public servants who carry out the physical verification of merchandise in transport in a different place than the fiscal precincts.
