    • ARTICLE 106: MERCHANDISE FOR PERSONAL USE

     

    For the purposes of the previous article:

  • These are merchandise for personal use: (LA: Art. 179)

    •  

  • Food and beverages for consumption, clothing and other personal items, except jewelry.

    •  

  • Cosmetics, sanitary and cleaning products, lotions, perfumes, medicines, and medical or prosthetic devices that you use.

    •  

  • Household goods for its home, provided they are not two or more of the same species.

    •  

  • The legal stay in the country of foreign merchandise is checked, with:

    •  

  • Customs documentation required by law.

    •  

  • Sales note issued by the federal tax authority.

    •  

  • Invoice extended per person registered in the federal taxpayer registration.

    •  

  • The waybill containing the data of the sender, the recipient, and the effects it covers, if they are legally authorized carriers to carry out the public transport service, outside the inspection and permanent surveillance area.
