ARTICLE 114 B: PENALTY APPLICABLE TO PUBLIC SERVANTS WHO DISCLOSE TO THIRD PARTIES INFORMATION PROVIDED BY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
A sanction of one to six years in prison shall be imposed on the public servant who reveals to third parties, in contravention of the provisions of article 69 of this Code (CFF: Art. 69), information that the institutions that compose the financial system have provided to the tax authorities.
