ARTICLE 126: ACTS AGAINST IN WHICH THE APPEAL FOR REVOCATION IS NOT APPLICABLE The appeal for revocation shall not proceed against acts that are intended to make effective bonds granted in guarantee of the fiscal obligations borne by third parties.
