ARTICLE 124: CASE IN WHICH IT IS CONSIDERED THERE IS A LINK BETWEEN PERSONS ASSOCIATED IN BUSINESS

For the purposes of article 68, section ll of the Law (LA: Art. 68), people who are agents, distributors or exclusive concessionaires of the other, whatever the denomination used, will not be considered as business associates, unless they are additionally linked within any of the other cases provided for in the others sections of said article.
