ARTICLE 127: VIOLATIONS COMMITTED BEFORE THE AUCTION
When the appeal for revocation is filed because the administrative procedure of execution did not comply with the Law, violations committed before the auction can only be enforced before the collection authority until the moment of the publication of the announcement for auction, and within the ten days following the date of publication of the said announcement, except in the case of acts of execution on cash, open account deposits in credit institutions, auxiliary credit organizations, or savings and loan cooperative, as well as of legally unattachable property or acts of impossible material reparation, cases in which the period for filing the appeal will be computed from the business day following the date on which the notification of the payment requirement or the business day following the procedure of embargo.
