ARTICLE  128:  PERIOD  TO  ENFORCE  THE  APPEAL  BY  THIRD  PARTIES  WITH  RIGHTS  OVER  THE  ASSETS

 

The  third  party  that  claims  to  be  the  owner  of  the  goods  or  negotiations,  or  holder  of  the  seized  rights,  may  enforce  the  appeal    for  revocation  at  any  time  before  the  auction  is  held,  are  alienated  out  of  the  auction,  or  the  property  awarded  in  favor  of  the  federal  tax  authorities.  The  third  party  that  claims  to  have  the  right  to  have  the  credits  in  their  favor  preferably  covered  by  tax  authorities  will  do  so  at  any  time  before  the  amount  of  the  auction  to  cover  the  tax  credit  has  been  applied.
