ARTICLE  137:  FORMALITIES  OF  PERSONAL  NOTIFICATIONS

When  the  notification  is  made  personally  and  the  notifier  does  not  find  who  should  be  notify,  it  will  leave  a  summons  at  the  fiscal  address,  so  that  it  waits  at  a  fixed  time  of  the  next  business  day  that  is  indicated  therein,  and  in  case  it  is  not  possible  to  leave  the  summons  because  the  person  who  attends  refuses  to  receive  it,  or,  no  one  attended  the  diligence  at  home,  the  notification  will  be  made  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  article  134  --626-Art.  134--,  section  III  of  this  Code.

The  summons  referred  to  in  this  article  will  always  be  for  the  aforementioned  wait  and,  if  the  person  cited  or  their  legal  representative  does  not  wait,  the  diligence  will  be  carried  out  with  whoever  is  at  home  or,  in  the  absence,  with  a  neighbor.  If  the  latter  refuse  to  receive  the  notification,  it  will  be  done  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  article  134  --626-Art.  134--,  section  III  of  this  Code.

In  case  the  payment  requirement  referred  to  in  article  151  of  this  Code  --629-Art.  151--,  it  cannot  be  done  personally,  because  the  person  to  whom  it  is  to  be  notified  is  not  located  in  the  fiscal  address,  its  address  or  that  of  its  representative  is  ignored,  disappeared,  it  opposes  the  diligence  of  notification,  or  it  is  placed  in  the  expected  assumption  in  section  V  of  article  110  of  this  Code  --619-Art.  110--,  the  notification  of  the  payment  requirement  and  the  due  diligence  will  be  made  through  the  tax  mailbox.

If  the  notifications  refer  to  requirements  for  the  fulfillment  of  obligations  not  fulfilled  within  the  legal  deadlines,  the  fees  established  by  the  regulations  of  this  Code  will  be  charged  to  the  person  who  incurred  the  breach.
