ARTICLE 162: PUBLIC FORCE ASSISTANCE FOR EXECUTION

If the debtor or any other person materially prevents the executor from accessing the address of that person or the place where the property is located, whenever the case requires it, the executor will request the help of the police or other public forces to carry out the process of the execution.
