ARTICLE 189: WHO CANNOT ACQUIRE THE ASSETS IN THE AUCTIONS

It is strictly forbidden to acquire the property that is the object of an auction, by itself or through an interposing person, from the heads and other people of the executing offices, as well as from all those who have intervened by the federal tax authorities in the administrative procedure. The auction made in violation of this provision will be void and the offenders will be sanctioned in accordance with this Code.
