ARTICLE  185:  PERIOD  TO  PAY  THE  BALANCE  OF  THE  AMOUNT  OFFERED  FOR  MOVABLE  PROPERTY

 

Once  the  auction  of  movable  property  is  finished,  the  deposit  constituted  will  be  applied.  Within  three  days  following  the  date  of  the  auction,  the  bidder  must  pay  by  electronic  transfer  of  the  funds  carried  out  in  accordance  with  the  general  rules  issued  for  the  purpose  of  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria),  the  balance  of  the  amount  offered  in  cash  in  their  bid  or  the  result  of  the  improvements.

As  soon  as  the  bidder  complies  with  the  requirement  referred  to  in  the  preceding  paragraph,  the  taxpayer  will  be  summoned  so  that,  within  a  period  of  three  days,  shall  deliver  the  digital  tax  receipts  online  of  the  alienation,  which  must  be  issued  complying,  in  therefore,  with  the  requirements  referred  to  in  this  Code,  aware  that  if  it  does  not,  the  executing  authority  will  issue  the  corresponding  document  in  its  default.

Subsequently,  the  authority  must  deliver  to  the  acquirer,  together  with  these  documents,  the  assets  that  have  been  awarded.

Once  the  assets  have  been  awarded  to  the  acquirer,  it  shall  withdraw  them  at  the  time  the  authority  makes  them  available  to  them,  in  case  of  not  doing  so,  fees  will  be  caused  for  the  storage  from  the  following  day.
