ARTICLE 173: ALIENATION OF SEIZED ASSETS

The alienation of the seized assets shall proceed:

From the day following that on which the basis was set in the terms of article 175 of this Code. (CFF: Art. 175)

In cases of precautionary embargo referred to in article 145 of this Code (CFF: Art. 145), when the credits become enforceable and are not paid at the time of the request.

When the person whose assets have been embargo does not propose a purchaser within the term referred to in section I of article 192 of this Code. (CFF: Art. 192)

When the confirmatory resolution of the contested act being challenge is final, relapsed in the means of defense that have been enforced.
