ARTICLE 195: CREDIT PAYMENT AND RECOVERY OF THE ASSET
As long as the assets had not been auctioned off, sold, or awarded, the person whose assets have been embargo, may pay the credit in full or in part and recover them immediately in proportion to the payment, taking into account the price of the appraisal.
Once the payment has been made for the person whose assets have been embargo, or when it obtains a resolution or favorable sentence derived from the interposition of some means of defense before the assets that oblige the authorities to deliver them that would have been auctioned, sold, or awarded, the latter must withdraw the assists due to the embargo at the time the authority makes them available and in case of not doing so, fees will be caused by storage from the following day.
