ARTICLE 139: WITHDRAWAL OF THE EXPORT REGIME

For the purposes of article 93, second paragraph of the Law (LA: Art. 93), the interested party may withdraw from the export regime (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.2.7) in all cases, except when there are discrepancies, inaccuracies or falsehoods between the data contained in the customs declaration (pedimento) and the merchandise to which it refers.
