ARTICLE 25: TRANSITORY OF NOVEMBER 30, 2016

     

    TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL FISCAL CODE (CÓDIGO FISCAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN)

    Article Six. - In relation to the modifications referred to in Art. Fifth of this Decree, the following shall apply:

  • The addition of the fourth and fifth paragraphs of Art. 29-A of the Federal Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) (CFF: Art. 29A), will enter into force on May 1st, 2017.
  •  

  • The taxpayer's tax return information corresponding to the 2016 fiscal year, referred to in Art. 32-H of the Federal Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) (CFF: Art. 32H) valid until December 31, 2016, must be submitted in accordance with the provisions in force until that date.
  •  

  • The Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), through general rules, must issue a simplified system to keep the accounting records of individuals who obtain income from agricultural, livestock, forestry, or fishing activities, whose income does not exceed 16 times the annual value of the Unit of Measurement and Update and that the income from its primary activity represents at least 25% of its total income in the year, replacing the obligation to keep accounting records in accordance with the accounting systems established by the Federal Fiscal Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) and its Regulation.
  • TRANSITORY

    Sole. This Decree will enter into force on January 1st, 2017.
