ARTICLE 7: FACULTIES OF THE MIXED COMMISSION FOR THE PROMOTION OF EXPORTS

The Mixed Commission (RLCE: Art. 1) for the Promotion of Exports, the Federal Executive will assist in relation to the faculties referred to in section VI of Article 4 of this Law. (LCE: Art. 4)

This Commission will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, proposing and arranging actions between the public and private sectors in terms of exports of goods and services (RLCE: Art. 177) (RLCE: Art. 180) (RLCE: Art. 188) (RLCE: Art. 189), to facilitate, promote, diversify and consolidate the commercial exchange, as well as the strengthening of the national production plant.
