ARTICLE 11: IMPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH RULES OF ORIGIN

When importing merchandise subject to compliance with rules of origin, the importer must verify its origin in the time and manner established in the applicable regulations. The Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaria de Hacienda y Crédito Público) shall be responsible for monitoring and verifying compliance with the rules of origin.
