ARTICLE  28:  CONCEPT  OF  UNFAIR  INTERNATIONAL  TRADE  PRACTICE

 

Unfair  international  trade  practices  are  the  importation  of  merchandise  in  conditions  of  price  discrimination  --255-Art.  30--  --450-Art.  38--  or  of  subsidies  --256-Art.  37--  in  the  exporting  country,  whether  of  origin  or  provenances,  causing  damage  --257-Art.  39--  to  a  branch  of  national  production  --257-Art.  40--  of  identical  or  similar  merchandise  --450-Art.  37--  in  the  terms  of  article  39  of  this  Law  --257-Art.  39--  --439-Art.  1--.  Individuals  or  legal  entities  that  import  merchandise  under  conditions  of  unfair  international  trade  practices  will  be  obliged  to  pay  a  compensatory  fee  --237-Art.  3--  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  this  Law.
