mysqli_sql_exception: Unknown column 'print' in 'where clause'

ARTICLE  53:  RESOLUTION  TO  INITIATE  THE  INVESTIGTION

As  of  the  following  day  that  in  which  the  resolution  to  initiate  the  investigation  is  published  in  the  Official  Journal  of  the  Federation  (Diario  Oficial  de  la  Federación),  the  Ministry  --237-Art.  3--  --439-Art.  1--  must  notify  --468-Art.  84--  to  the  interested  parties  that  have  knowledge  --475-Art.  121--  so  that  they  appear  to  express  what  in  its  right  suits.

With  the  notification  a  copy  of  the  submitted  request  and  of  the  annexes  containing  no  confidential  information  will  be  sent  --483-Art.  149--  or,  where  appropriate,  of  the  respective  documents  in  the  case  of  sua  sponte  investigations.  --481-Art.  141--

Interested  parties  will  be  given  to  whom  the  forms  used  in  the  investigation  are  sent,  within  23  days  to  present  the  arguments  --271-Art.  81--,  information  and  evidence  --271-Art.  82--  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  the  applicable  legislation.  The  deadlines  given  to  the  interested  parties  will  be  counted  from  the  date  of  receipt  of  the  form,  which  for  this  purpose  will  be  considered  received  5  days  after  the  date  on  which  it  was  sent  to  the  recipient  or  transmitted  to  the  competent  diplomatic  representative  of  the  government  of  the  country  from  the  exporter,  or  in  the  case  of  a  different  customs  territory,  to  an  official  representative  of  the  exporting  territory.
