ARTICLE 75: DETERMINATION OF SAFEGUARD MEASURES

The determination of safeguard measures must be made within a period not exceeding 210 days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the resolution of initiation (RLCE: Art. 70), and will be subject to the provisions of international treaties and conventions to which Mexico is a part of.
