ARTICLE 155: TEMPORARY IMPORT AND EXPORT OF MERCHANDISE FOR JOURNALISM
Individuals residing abroad who carry out journalism activities for the press, radio or television, as well as activities related to cinematography (RGCE 2022: Regla 4.2.2) will be able to temporarily import merchandise that they need for the performance of their duties, for which they must, in addition to complying with article 152 of this Regulation (RLA: Art. 152), to prove the import of said merchandise with the certificate issued by the Mexican consulate, where the identification data of the broadcast media or company they represent are indicated. In terms of article 116, section II, subsection b) of the Law (LA: Art. 116) merchandise required by Residents in National Territory that are dedicated to the aforementioned activities that may be temporarily exported, provided they accredit it in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
