    • ARTICLE 1: DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS AND PERIODS

     

    For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

  • Law, the Foreign Trade Law (Ley de Comercio Exterior);

    •  

  • Ministry, the Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía);

    •  

  • Commission, the Foreign Trade Commission (Comisión de Comercio Exterior), and

    •  

  • Mixed Commission, the Mixed Commission for the Promotion of Exports.

    •  

    When these Regulations refer to periods in days, it shall be understood as working days and when referring to months or years, it shall be understood as months or calendar years.
