ARTICLE 20: PERIOD FOR RESOLVING THE PERMIT REQUEST OR ITS EXTENSION

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will resolve the request for permit or extension thereof within fifteen days after the date of acceptance to process. After this period, the interested party must appear before the Ministry within five days to know the decision and claim their right.
