ARTICLE 23: REQUIREMENTS TO REQUEST EXTENSION OR MODIFICATION OF THE PERMIT

The holder of a permit or their legal representative may request its modification or extensions, provided that it is in force when submitting the request and the official format is used.

The modifications will only proceed if they refer to the value of the merchandise, the country of origin or destination, or the description of the product without altering its nature.
