ARTICLE 21: AUTOMATIC PERMIT REQUIREMENTS

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) may subject the export or import of merchandise to the automatic permit requirement, for the purpose of keeping a record of foreign trade operations, as long as there is no other administrative procedure that allows the supervision and monitoring of said operations in a more agile. The Ministry will approve the automatic permits to all individuals and legal entities that meet the legal requirements to carry out foreign trade operations.
