ARTICLE 35: OBLIGATION OF THE INTERESTED PARTY IN DIRECT ASSIGNMENT OF THE QUOTA

In the case of direct assignment, after the period referred to in section II of article 33 of this Regulation (RLCE: Art. 33), the interested party must appear before the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) within the next five days to hear the decision and claim their right. In the case of the final part of article 31 of this Regulation (RLCE: Art. 31), the Ministry will establish the way to recognized that the operation was carried out under the quota protection.
