ARTICLE 49: CALCULATION OF NORMAL VALUE ACCORDING TO THE MARKET PRICE

When, in the terms of the second paragraph of article 34 of the Law (LCE: Art. 34), the normal value is determined according to the market price of the country of origin, the export price must be taken to the same base.
