ARTICLE 53: WHAT IS EXECUTED ON THE ADJUSTMENTS FOR DIFFERENCES

For the purposes of the provisions of article 36 of the Law (LCE: Art. 36), adjustments for differences concerning terms and conditions of sale will be carried out both on the normal value and on the export price. On the other hand, adjustments for differences in quantities, physical differences and differences in tax charges will be made exclusively on the normal value.
