ARTICLE 65: CONTEXT IN WHICH ECONOMIC FACTORS SHOULD BE EVALUATED
The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) must evaluate the economic factors described in articles 41 and 42 of Law (LCE: Art. 41) (LCE: Art. 42), within the context of the economic cycle and the specific competition conditions of the affected industry. To this end, the applicants will provide information on the relevant and characteristic factors and indicators of the industry, normally considering three years prior to the submission of the request, including the period under investigation, unless the company in question has been constituted as a shorter span. Likewise, the interested parties will provide economic studies, monographs, technical literature and national and international statistics on the behavior of the market in question, or any other documentation that allows identifying the economic cycles and the specific competition conditions of the affected industry.
