ARTICLE 66: EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF IMPORTS UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNFAIR PRACTICES

The effect of imports under conditions of unfair practices will be evaluated in relation to the national production of identical or similar product when the available data allows it to be identified separately according to criteria such as the production process, the sales of producers and its benefits . If it is not possible to carry out such separate identification of that production, the effect of such imports will be evaluated by analyzing the production of the most restricted group or range of products that includes the identical or similar products and from which all the necessary information for the damage test can be provided.
