ARTICLE 77: REQUEST FOR THE CORRESPONDING INFORMATION OR DATA

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding article, for the evaluation of damage to the national production, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) may request the applicant or any other national producer or person that it deems appropriate, the information or data that it considers appropriate that correspond to a maximum period of five years prior to the submission of the request.
