ARTICLE 113: PROCEDURE OF THE COMMITMENTS

When received the commitment, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) shall send the request to the administrative file and notify the other interested parties so that within 10 days, as of the date the notification takes effect, they express their opinions. If deemed appropriate, the Ministry will convene the interested parties in the investigation in question, to a hearing in which the form and terms of the commitments assumed and the feasibility of its verification are discussed.
