ARTICLE 86: REQUEST OF THE CONCILIATORY HEARING
Interested parties may request in writing to the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) to convene a conciliatory hearing, from the date of publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) from the beginning of the investigation up to 15 days before the end of the probationary period. The request must contain the proposed solution formulas and the arguments that allow to appreciate their effectiveness.
When the Ministry deems it appropriate, it may invite interested parties to a conciliatory hearing without the request of an interested party.
