ARTICLE 90: REQUIREMENT TO SET A COMPENSATORY FEE LESS THAN THE EQUIVALENT

For the purposes of the second paragraph of article 62 of the Law (LCE: Art. 62), the compensatory fee may be less than the margin of price discrimination or the amount of subsidy, provided that it is sufficient to eliminate the damage to the national production.
