ARTICLE 167: WHEN IT IS CONSIDERED TO HAVE PROOF OF EXPORT

For the purposes of the provisions of article 108, fourth paragraph of the Law (LA: Art. 108), residents in national territory that sell products to companies with manufacturing, maquila, and export services program authorized by the Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía) will be considered to have proof of export, when processing the customs declarations (pedimentos) referred to Article 112 of the Law.
