ARTICLE 105: CASE IN WHICH IT IS NECESSARY TO REVOKE THE DEFINITIVE COMPENSATORY FEE

If the review resolves that there is no margin of price discrimination or amount of subsidy, the compensatory fee will not be applied, and the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) may carry out a sua sponte review. In the event that the review determines that the imports were made under conditions of price discrimination or subsidies, the Ministry will establish the compensatory fees according to the results of said review.
