ARTICLE 168: ANNUAL STATEMENT OF IMMEX COMPANIES

For the purposes of article 109, first paragraph of the Law (LA: Art. 109), companies with manufacturing, maquila, and export services program authorized by the Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía), must present the information indicated annually and through the official form approved by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria). ­­(RLA: Art. 1) (DECRETO IMMEX: Art. 25)
