ARTICLE 106: CASE IN WHICH IT IS NECESSARY TO MODIFY THE DEFINITIVE COMPENSATORY FEE

If a review results in margins of price discrimination or amount of subsidies other than those established in the last procedure by which its existence was determined, new compensatory fees will be imposed that will replace the previous ones. These compensatory fees will be definitive and may be reviewed in the terms of the Law and these Regulations.
